The Mission:

I help solve problems to sustain high functioning creatives and business leaders that change cities and cultures.

Problems need solutions. Solutions come by understanding and belief. Problems are caused by a root. Fix the root, the problem doesn’t grow.

Success:

So…what does success look like to you? I mean real success. Money? Fewer problems? A good family situation? It doesn’t happen automatically. It takes thought and intentionality. If things are not going the way you were hoping or the path your company is on feels shaky, it’s time to take a look at what’s going on. It’s time to upgrade.

That’s what we do.

About Coaching and Consulting

You might think a coach is someone with a whistle yelling on a football field. Yes, but no. A business coach is on YOUR team. On YOUR side. Not just telling you what to do, but helping you to figure it out. What’s the real problem? What’s holding you back? Where do you really want to go? How will you get there?

That’s what I do! I help facilitate change.

I’m also building a team of coaches and consultants that do what I do. There is too much work to do. I can’t do it all by myself. I’m surrounding myself with high caliber highly effective coaches and consultants that understand business and how people work.

About me:

I’m Jerimae Yoder. I’ve spent most of my adult life as an entrepreneur. I was trained by an ICF (International Coaching Federation) coach trainer and am a certified virtual coach. I’ve studied business leadership from some of the most amazing mentors a guy could ask for and cut my teeth in church leadership.

Personal goal: To be an influencer to the influencers. Supporting leaders and creatives to become the best version possible of themselves, so that they create long lasting businesses that support and inspire millions of people.

Questions:

Question: How do you help?

Answer: I, and my team, are leadership and organization experts. We excel at:

  • Legacy and leadership transitions
  • Management and leadership team development
  • Personal development
  • On boarding: executive and staff processes
  • Company culture and setting vision
  • Closing the “back door” -how to get people to stay
  • Opening the “front door” -how to weed out the ones that need to go

Question: When would we meet? What does it look like?

Answer: Weekly phone or Zoom meetings. Then hands on weekly things to think through or work toward. Accountability is almost worth the price of admission.

Question: How long are meetings and how long is the agreement?

Answer: Meetings are usually an hour. We get to the point and work hard to keep on track. The normal agreement is for 3-6 months. All depending on your needs.

Question: Who have you helped in the past?

Answer: Text or call and I’ll give you someone who we’ve worked with recently. Contact info bellow.
